Slow & Steady
This is not my job but my passion, a lifelong dream come true.
I dream of a world of compassionate, true individuals of integrity, capable of loving, having respectful relationships with themselves and others.
It might not always be smooth sailing but there’s progress nevertheless. Transformation and growth do not happen overnight but is a slow journey of intention. Being steady on that path takes us to places we would never tread otherwise.
The tortoise and butterfly in our logo remind us of this everyday.

Here’s what clients say
I was pleasantly surprised that the topics covered by Ms.Gilda in the webinar were areas I needed help in. The session was simple yet profound. The lessons I learnt were so basic and essential for parenting. Ms.Gilda shared from her learning and personal experiences as a mother so it was very relatable and relevant. These sessions are easily recommendable.
Gilda Rose is one of the few really grounded and mature young behaviour counsellors that I have had the good fortune to work with. Her youthful optimism combined with her maturity disarmed the students in her care. She helped create a buzz around several projects and programmes for adolescents in creative ways.
The sessions were well planned out, queries were resolved through open discussions and at the end of each session we were given a task: to practice out the toolkits we were given. I was pleasantly surprised my relationship with my children began to change right from the first week. We bonded more, started talking more about what bothered each of us, started listening to each other more and started respecting each other more. The fact that my 5 year old noticed within 3 days that i had been trying a different approach with him left me wanting to really do it well. I know now that though I may never be perfect I may continue having good days and bad but I have the assurance that this alternative approach to parenting gave me that we both will make it together. Thank you Gilda.
I was increasingly losing my temper with my little one and wanted an alternative approach. The sessions helped me be more conscious before handling a situation. I realised that I had been easy to judge and missed out on what and how things were affecting him. I have become more understanding towards my child.
